Is the price per person or per pedicab?
Price is per person.
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Nowadays we work only on reservation.

Can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
We can reschedule your tour or give you full refund. Your satisfaction is matter.
How many people can fit in one pedicab?
Pedicab can carry up to 3 adults. New York City law is not allow more than 3 passengers in pedicab. If you need two or more pedicabs, we make sure that they stay close together (often side by side) during the entire tour, so that your group stays together.
Is the TIP included in the price of the tour?
Guide gratuities are not included in the tour price, so if you enjoy your tour, tips are very much appreciated, though certainly not required or expected
Where does the tour end?
We usually start and finish all tours at the same location close to Central Park South
However, you can let us know where you would like to end and we can accommodate this if it is not far away from Central Park South.
As well as we can drop you off at other places for extra charge. For example: The Met, The Museum of Natural History, Times Square costs $25 per pedicab. You can pay in cash for drop off.
What happens if I arrive late?
Just let us know if you are going to be late for the tour and we will inform the tour guide to wait for you.
We have a tight schedule and we are not really sure at what time we want to start the tour. What should we do?
If you are not sure about the exact time you want to start the tour, just put an approximate time and you can call on the day of the tour to confirm the time.
Do we need to bring some form of proof that we paid for the tour?
Once you purchase tickets, you’ll receive a ticket code that you can write down, show from a phone or you can print out your e-ticket. Printing the e-ticket is not mandatory.
Can I customize my tour, let’s say for example, I just want see The Belvedere Castle?
Totally, we go straight ahead. Some extra charges may apply. It depends on the itinerary.
How should i dress in winter time?
As our activity takes place outside, please “dress in layers”. And take it seriously!
Do you speak other languages?
We are a multinational team that speaks other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, and German. Please email us before purchasing tickets if you’d like a tour conducted in a language other than English: vitalipri@yahoo.com
Can the driver take my picture?
Sure, we have a paparazzi photographer experience.
Do you have a weight limit?
It is not a weight limit, just to seat comfortable in pedicab. We recommend max 550 lbs.
Do you conduct tour for one person?
Yes, we do tour for one person. Please select two kids tickets
Which tours do you conduct in winter time ?
We conduct only 1 hour tours because of chilly weather
